Carl Tarrant
Chief Sales and Collections Officer
Carl is a 35 year veteran of AT&T and a 11 year veteran of Patra. He assisted with the design and management of the space since its inception. He lives in Roseville, and is married with 2 daughters, and 4 grandkids. He loves to travel, golf, and spend time with his grandchildren.
Susie Bashaw
Chief Facilities Manager
Susie is a 12 year veteran of Patra and worked with Carl in the EDH facility for over 2 years helping ensure events ran smoothly from all aspects. She is available to help yours be a perfect event. Susie lives in Folsom and is married with 1 daughter and 1 grandchild.
John Simpson
Chief of Chiefs
John was the founder and CEO of PAtra for over 20 years. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Patra. He will oversee El Dorado Hills Workspaces to ensure its success. John lives in El Dorado Hills, and is married with 3 children that have all flown the coop.
